Location
Moivaro Lodge is situated in the heart of beautiful, natural scenery, 7 km from the town of Arusha. Arusha is connected by daily internal flights with Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Mwanza. There are several flights weekly to the Seronera airstrip in Serengeti National Park, Musoma and Shinyanga. There are also frequent flights to Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Parks. Several international airlines have flights into Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA), which is half way between Arusha and Moshi whilst a number of internal flights use Arusha Airport (about 8km out of town).

Accommodation
Accommodation at Moivaro Lodge is provided in pretty thatched garden cottages, each with its own veranda overlooking the gardens, There are 40 double (or triple) rooms and 2 single rooms. Each cottage has a large bedroom plus a neat lounge with fireplace and desk. The ensuite bathrooms offer bath and separate shower. All rooms offer room service and  have mosquito nets and ceiling fans.

Dining and bars
The charming Moivaro Lodge restaurant and bar has its own outside terrace and features both local and international dishes with home-grown vegetables. The Moivaro Lodge menu will typically include a wide selection of East Africa, Tanzania and traditional safari choices as well as numerous international choices.

Conferences and events
The Moivaro Lodge offers seven conference rooms (up to 70 delegates), full business (internet) and AV support. It also offers an exceptionally stylish, spacious and elegant setting for weddings – and a number of attractive packages are offered.

Facilities at Moivaro Lodge include a swimming-pool, children's play ground, 2 km nature trail/jogging circuit, massage room and extensive bird-watching. The lodge also offers tours of the local village, visits to the local banana brewery and coffee farms, visits to the local school and a series of walks in the surrounding hills. The extensive grounds also invite walks and relaxation amid the coffee.
