Location
Ngurdoto Lodge is 27 km from Arusha and 3 km off the Moshi-Arusha Road.
Arusha is connected by daily internal flights with Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Mwanza. There are several flights weekly to the Seronera airstrip in Serengeti National Park, Musoma and Shinyanga. There are also frequent flights to Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Parks. Several international airlines have flights into Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA), which is half way between Arusha and Moshi whilst a number of internal flights use Arusha Airport (about 8km out of town).

Accommodation
The Ngurdoto Lodge offers 139 rooms: 60 rooms in double storey thatched rondavel buildings, 72 rooms in the main building and 7 suites, all ensuite with king size bed, fireplace and balcony. All Ngurdoto Lodge rooms offer direct dial telephone, mini bars, satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities, safe). Some rooms have disabled access, most have baths and jacuzzis.

Dining and bars

Kilimanjaro Restaurant
Ngurdoto Lodge’s main restaurant is situated on the ground floor overlooking the swimming pool. Airy and spacious with large glass windows, it enjoys an uninterrupted view of both Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru.

Cane Restaurant
This restaurant located on the second floor has a magnificent view of both the mountains as well, and the lush vegetation as a backdrop giving it a picturesque effect. The lodge also offers a BBQ ranch and a coffee shop.

The Ngurdoto Lodge menu will typically include a wide selection of East Africa, Tanzania and traditional safari choices as well as numerous international choices.
