Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge is located on Lemala Hill, which is on the eastern rim of Ngorongoro Crater in the Volcanic Highlands of Northern Tanzania. The Crater forms part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge is the only tourist development on the previously undisturbed Eastern access road to the Ngorongoro Crater. Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge is a former government hotel, and is one of the oldest on the crater rim. Olakira Camp is a mobile tented safari camp that moves through the Serengeti, attempting to stay close to the patterns of the annual migration of the wildebeest.
