This safari showcases the thick virginal forests in the Mount Kenya National Park areas, Lake Nakuru National Park, home to millions flamingoes - an orinthological paradise, and Kenyas most famous game reserve, the Masai Mara Game Reserve which has a high concentration of game. The tour offers optimum game-viewing options, and the opportunity to view ‘The Big Five' against a vivid selection of exceptionally varied backdrops.

Day 1: Nairobi - Mount Kenya

Pick up from Nairobi hotel or international airport and drive to your hotel situated in the shadow of Mt Kenya, Kenya's highest mountain, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game viewing, dinner and overnight game viewing from Mountain Lodge or similar.

Day 2: Mount Kenya - Nakuru

Breakfast at the Lodge and thereafter drive via Thompson’s Falls to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving by lunchtime. Lunch at the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge. Afternoon game drive around the lake. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge or similar.

Day 3: Nakuru - Masai Mara

Breakfast at the lodge. Morning drive through the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Lunch at Mara Simba Lodge. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Simba Lodge or similar.

Day 4: Masai Mara

Early morning game drive before returning to the lodge for breakfast. Morning spent at leisure enjoying the lodge’s facilities. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Simba Lodge or similar.

Day 5: Masai Mara - Nairobi

Breakfast at the lodge. Morning drive back to Nairobi. Arrive in time for lunch and drop off at a Nairobi hotel or international airport.
