We offer a range of professional couriers, who can be supplied to accompany a specific specialized tour in addition to the driver guide. Carefully selected, they are typically East African nationals whose training and background make them ideally equipped to offer in-depth knowledge of on all the Parks and Reserves, weather conditions, local attractions and the cultural and historical background of the various East African regions. 

Specialist couriers

We can also provide couriers who offer specialist knowledge in certain fields, such as: botany, zoology, ornithology, photography, marine biology, archaeology, anthropology and geology. However, because such specialists are often in high demand, we would request advance notice as to the specific fields of interest required.

Language fluency

The majority of our couriers are multi-lingual with proficiency in Swahili, English and a number of global languages to include: Hebrew, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Hindi, Punjabi, and Gujarati fluently

Tipping

Should you wish to tip the courier at the end of your stay/game drive, this will be appreciated. It is, however, not expected.

Tour leaders

Bona-fide tour leaders accompanying a group of 15 or more full-paying adult tour participants are entitled to free land costs (except park fees). Tour leaders should take account of the fact that hotels and lodges typically allocate only economy accommodation to such tour leaders.
