Helicopters offer a practical and enjoyable method of exploring the wilder and inaccessible areas of Africa; also of attaining the summit of, in particular, Mount Kenya, without discomfort. Typically, a helicopter is hired for a specific party (maximum 5) and for a specific duration (usually not less than one day). 

Trips include tours around the peaks of Mount Kenya, trips down the alkaline lakes of the Great Rift Valley; around the Rift Valley volcanoes (Longonot, Suswa and the Menengai Crater), down the Sugutia Valley; across the Laikipia Plains, or around the Cherangani Hills. Helicoptors can also be hired for fishing trips to, for instance, the high lakes of Mount Kenya, or to the jade-green waters of Lake Turkana.
