Location
Located in the heart of Arusha, the hotel is a 45-minute drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA) and a 15-minute walk from Arusha city center and the Arusha International Conference Center.
Arusha is connected by daily internal flights with Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Mwanza. There are several flights weekly to the Seronera airstrip in Serengeti National Park, Musoma and Shinyanga. There are also frequent flights to Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Parks. Several international airlines have flights into Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA), which is half way between Arusha and Moshi whilst a number of internal flights use Arusha Airport (about 8km out of town).

The Kibo Palace Hotel offers 77 rooms and suites (2 Presidential Suites, 2 Family Suites, 3 Deluxe Suites, 3 Executive Suites, 52 Executive Doubles, 10 Executive Twins and 5 Standard Rooms). All rooms offer: king or queen sized beds, air-conditioning, hair dryers, satellite TV, DDR telephones, mini bar, safe, WiFi, writing desk and tea and coffee-making facilities. The Kibo Palace suites offer separate sitting rooms, dining areas and kitchenettes, while the bathrooms off both baths and showers, bidets and Jacuzzi.

Dining and bars
The Kibo Palace’s Kilimanjaro Restaurant overlooks the pool and gardens and offers both buffet and a la carte dining to a Pan-African theme. The hotel also offers a lounge bar and pool bar, where snacks can be served.

Conferences and events
The Kibo Palace Hotel offers five fully air-conditioned rooms with a total capacity of 100 guests. The rooms can be configured to suit individual requirements and offer full audio visual services and banqueting services plus Wifi. The hotel also offers an outdoor area set in tropical gardens, which can accommodate 400 guests and makes the ideal wedding or social event venue. The hotel also offers a business centre.
